James gained a BSc at Adelaide University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. After spending nearly 10 years in the usability industry he is now the Chief Experience Officer of Objective, managing eye tracking projects across the business.

Kylie gained an BCom from Victoria University in NZ majoring in Marketing. She spent 12 years working in advertising and design agencies in NZ, London and Sydney. She now Project Manages Objective Eye Tracking projects.
